Terms & Conditions

Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future websites, apps, and services operated by Vlemon LLP (each, a "Platform"), including OmniSnap.dev, Logmy.Work, Rose BI ERP, and Vlemon.com, unless a Platform presents separate terms of its own.

Intellectual property

All software, visual assets, application code, database designs, trademarks, and logos associated with Vlemon LLP and its Platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Vlemon LLP.

License grant

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use these Platforms. This license does not transfer ownership of any underlying software, content, or intellectual property.

Prohibited use

Reverse engineering, API scraping, or unauthorized access attempts against api.vlemon.org — or any other Vlemon LLP platform API — are strictly prohibited.

Governing law & exclusive jurisdiction — Indore Clause

This agreement, its interpretation, performance, and any disputes, legal proceedings, or claims arising out of or in connection with Vlemon LLP, its platforms (including OmniSnap.dev, Logmy.Work, Rose BI ERP, Vlemon.com), or its digital infrastructure, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable mandatory legal rights, any dispute, controversy, litigation, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to Vlemon LLP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, tribunals, and legal forums located at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (or, where legally required, the competent State/High Court having supervisory jurisdiction over Indore), to the exclusion of all other courts worldwide.
