Privacy Policy

Overview

Vlemon LLP ("Vlemon", "we", "us") builds and operates a portfolio of software products and applications, including OmniSnap.dev, Logmy.Work, Rose BI ERP, and Vlemon.com, with more in active development. This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future Vlemon LLP websites, apps, and services (each, a "Platform") unless a Platform links to a separate policy of its own. It explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

We collect personal identification details you provide directly — such as your name and email address — and essential operational telemetry strictly necessary to deliver features across our Platforms (for example, keeping you signed in, remembering preferences, or understanding which features are used so we can keep the products working well). Specific data types and permissions requested by a given app are disclosed at the point of collection (for example, in that app's store listing or in-app consent prompts). We do not sell user data.

Children's privacy

Our Platforms are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@vlemon.com and we will delete it.

Compliance

All processing complies with applicable privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act).

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session persistence, and optional performance cookies for telemetry. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect interactive features in our web portals.

Account & data deletion

If you have an account on a platform with a user dashboard (Vlemon.com, Logmy.Work), you can delete it directly in-app via Account Settings > Delete Account.

Alternatively, email privacy@vlemon.com with the subject line Data Erasure Request - [Product Name]. Requests are verified within 48 hours and permanently purged within 30 days.
