Logmy.Work Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 13, 2026

Parties

These terms are an agreement between Vlemon LLP ("Vlemon", "we", "us"), the operator of Logmy.Work (logmy.work, api.logmy.work, the Windows desktop app, and planned Android/iOS apps), and the customer organization that signs up for a workspace (your employer or the business you're contracting with). Individual end users — employees or contractors invited into a workspace — use Logmy.Work because their organization has added them, and are bound by these terms as a condition of that use. This supplements Vlemon LLP's main Terms & Conditions, which continues to govern intellectual property and jurisdiction as described below.

Accounts

Accounts are issued through Vlemon Origin (origin.vlemon.com), Vlemon's shared authentication service. Your organization's administrator controls workspace membership, seats, and roles. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

License to use

Subject to your organization's active subscription, Vlemon grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use Logmy.Work via the web browser client, the Windows desktop application, and — once available — the Android and iOS apps, solely to perform work on behalf of your organization. This license doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying software.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Logmy.Work — including attempting to access another organization's workspace without authorization, reverse-engineering the desktop or mobile clients, or using the API (api.logmy.work) outside its documented purpose. Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access attempts against Logmy.Work's APIs are prohibited, consistent with Vlemon LLP's main Terms.

Your organization's responsibilities

If you administer a Logmy.Work workspace on behalf of an organization, you're responsible for:

  • Notifying your employees or contractors that Logmy.Work records time, attendance, and — if you enable it — location and desktop-activity signals described in the Privacy Policy and Location Tracking Policy
  • Having a lawful basis for any workplace monitoring you configure, under the employment and privacy laws that apply in your jurisdiction
  • Configuring workday windows, geofencing, and approval workflows appropriately for your workforce
  • Your own compliance with local labor law — Vlemon provides the tool, but lawful use of workplace monitoring features is your responsibility as the employer

Accuracy disclaimer

Time, attendance, and location data (including GPS-based geofencing) are provided on an "as-is" basis. Device GPS accuracy varies with hardware, signal conditions, and indoor/outdoor location, and Vlemon does not warrant that location or geofence-boundary detection is accurate to any specific tolerance. Logmy.Work data should not be treated as sole, conclusive legal evidence without independent verification where the stakes require it.

Data ownership

Work records your organization and its users create in Logmy.Work (projects, tasks, timesheets, files, and similar content) belong to your organization. Vlemon processes that data solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All software, visual assets, application code, and trademarks associated with Logmy.Work are the exclusive intellectual property of Vlemon LLP, per the IP terms in our main Terms & Conditions.

Service availability

We aim for reliable availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access to Logmy.Work, and we're not liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime.

Termination

Your organization may cancel its Logmy.Work subscription at any time. On termination, access ends and data is handled per the retention terms in the Privacy Policy, subject to any records your organization is legally required to retain.

Governing law & exclusive jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India — the same Indore Clause set out in Vlemon LLP's main Terms & Conditions.
