Monolith Vault

End User License Agreement

Effective date: September 12, 2026

Product: Monolith Vault · Licensor: Vlemon LLP ("Licensor")

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Licensor for the Monolith Vault software application, including any updates (the "Software").

By installing or using the Software, you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the Software. Store refund policies may still apply per Apple, Google, or Microsoft rules.

1. Grant of license

Subject to payment of the applicable store fee (if any) and compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices associated with your store account, solely for your personal or internal business use as a password vault client.

2. License restrictions

You shall not:

  1. Copy the Software except for backup of the installed binary as allowed by law
  2. Modify, translate, or create derivative works
  3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble except to the extent mandatory law prohibits this restriction
  4. Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software
  5. Remove proprietary notices
  6. Use the Software to break applicable law

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software, trademarks (including "Monolith"), and documentation. Third-party open-source components are governed by their respective licenses as distributed with the Software.

4. Purchases and stores

Fees are charged by Apple, Google, or Microsoft. Licensor does not process card payments directly. Subscription is not required; Vault is intended as a one-time purchase per store listing. Cross-platform purchase sharing is not guaranteed unless the store provides it.

5. Updates

Licensor may provide updates. Updates may be required for continued security. This EULA applies to updates unless accompanied by a separate license.

6. Data and privacy

Local processing of credentials is described in the Privacy Policy — Vault. Licensor does not provide a cloud recovery service.

7. Termination

This EULA terminates if you breach it. Upon termination you must cease use and delete copies of the Software. Sections on ownership, warranty disclaimer, liability, and governing law survive.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE. LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST CREDENTIALS, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

10. Export and sanctions

You must comply with export control and sanctions laws applicable to your use of the Software.

11. Governing law & exclusive jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India — the same Indore Clause set out in Vlemon LLP's main Terms & Conditions. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

12. Entire agreement

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for Vault, and applicable store terms, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Software.
